All divers are exposed to different scenarios every day. The Rescue course teaches you how to identify a potential accident, how to react to stress and/or the accident itself, and how to resolve it quickly, reducing reaction time and prioritizing your safety and that of the victim.
Requirements
*Open Water Diver License
*Minimum age 12 years (Those under 15 years old are certified as Junior Dive Stress & Rescue)
*First Aid/CPR Certification (Issued no more than 2 years ago)

Don't worry, at Dive Costa Rica we also offer this certification
What do I need to do to obtain Dive Stress and Rescue certification?
Step 1
SSI E-learning
By booking with us , you will gain access to your online book through the SSI platform, where you can begin the theory from the comfort of your home and have the theoretical portion ready before the in-person practical sessions.
Step 3
Pool
We begin with pool/confined water practice where you will learn special techniques from the course and then put them into practice in realistic scenarios at sea.
Step 3
Sea
Based on the knowledge required both in theory and in the pool, we will apply this knowledge to realistic practices to have the best training as a rescue diver
